Workers Sue Taco Bell For Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former Taco Bell employees filed a proposed class action lawsuit on Friday, saying the fast food behemoth violated labor laws by not paying overtime and not allowing required meal breaks.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California by former shift manager Sandrika Medlock and former crew member Lisa Hardiman. Medlock worked for the company from October 2005 to July 2007. Hardiman worked there from August 2005 to May 2007.
