The Government’s Burgeoning Brady Problem

Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 1:08 PM EDT) -- For years, the U.S. Army soldiers have used a little-known plot of land about 25 miles south of Salt Lake City to train in land navigation before terrorism-related deployments to Afghanistan.

Now, the National Security Agency is using the same plot of land to build a top-secret structure that embodies the challenging terrain of criminal discovery the government will have to navigate in the coming years, in terrorism and nonterrorism cases alike.
