Judge OKs Lehman Ex-Execs' $90M Payout To Investors

Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 10:56 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday approved a $90 million settlement between Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. executives and a proposed class of Lehman investors, after previously balking at the settlement, which will be paid by insurance policies while letting directors and officers off the hook.
