Gupta Likely Source Of P&G Tips, Ex-Galleon Trader Says

Law360, New York (May 25, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- A former Galleon Group LLC trader testified Friday in the trial of Rajat Gupta, the most prominent defendant ensnared in the government’s insider trading crackdown, that Gupta may have used his role on the board of Procter & Gamble Co. to supply the hedge fund with illegal tips.
