Robbins Geller Attys To Be Sanctioned Over Expenses

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Scoffing at expenditures on first-class air travel and fine dining, a Washington state federal judge said Friday he would sanction two Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP attorneys for submitting what he characterized as misleading expense reports for an ongoing securities class action settlement.
