KUD, Austin Planetarium Back $240M Mixed-Use Project

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 6:28 PM EDT) -- Real estate development firm KUD International LLC and the Austin Planetarium have teamed up to propose a $240 million mixed-use complex in Texas' capital that would house a new science and technology museum as well as residential and commercial space, they announced Saturday.

The project, which is pending approval by the Texas Facilities Commission, would include a 47-story residential tower, restaurants, retail space and more than 1,000 underground parking spaces in the same complex as the new museum featuring the largest planetarium in the state, according...
