Congressman Tries To Bar Comments From Clemens Trial

Law360, Washington (May 30, 2012, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A California congressman and federal prosecutors told a Washington federal judge Wednesday that the legislator's skeptical comments to the media in 2008 about the congressional probe into Major League Baseball steroid use shouldn't be discussed in Roger Clemens' perjury trial.
