Broadcast Software Co. Sues Rival, Former Employee

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Radio broadcast software company Radio Computing Services Inc. has filed suit against its rival, Micropower Corp., and a former employee, alleging breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets.

In a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, RCS alleged that Wesley Keene, a former employee who had access to highly confidential trade secrets about its products, left the company to join Micropower, in violation of the confidentiality and non-compete agreement he signed with RCS.
