Google Calls Intuit Worker's Anti-Poaching Pact Suit A Rehash

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 2:14 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. urged a California federal court on Friday to dismiss a putative class action alleging it entered into an improper agreement not to hire employees from accounting software maker Intuit Inc., saying the complaint essentially rehashed flawed claims made in related suits.
