NFL Can Punish Saints Players Over Bounties, Arbitrator Says

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 8:24 PM EDT) -- An arbitrator ruled Monday that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has the authority to discipline New Orleans Saints players for their alleged participation in a program that rewarded players for knocking out their opponents, rejecting claims brought by the players' union.
