Navy Power Plant Subcontractor Seeks $1.4M From Insurer

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Piedmont Mechanical Inc. sued Federal Insurance Co. in Georgia federal court on Sunday, claiming the Chubb Corp. insurance unit has refused to pay nearly $1.4 million for work performed by the contracting firm on a Navy cogeneration power plant project that FIC bonded.
