Atlantic Yards Developer Delays $150M Train Yard

Law360, New York (June 7, 2012, 3:03 PM EDT) -- Forest City Ratner has reached a deal with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to delay construction of a $150 million train yard at its $4.9 billion Atlantic Yards development in Brooklyn, N.Y., a setback on an important public aspect of the controversial project, an MTA spokesman said Thursday.
