TIG, Fairmont Want Out Of NCAA's Concussion Defense

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 5:55 PM EDT) -- TIG Insurance Group and Fairmont Specialty Insurance Co. denied responsibility for defending the National Collegiate Athletic Association against a putative class action brought by former football players who claim the NCAA didn’t do enough to prevent concussions and other injuries, in a lawsuit filed Monday in Kansas federal court.
