Fox Ordered To Turn Over Intern Info In Wage Class Action

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 6:30 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday ordered Fox Searchlight Pictures Inc. to provide two former interns who are pursuing a putative class action against the company for misclassifying workers as interns with contact information for a set of the company's other interns.
