Prosecutors Recap 'Devastating' Evidence To Gupta Jury

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 8:47 PM EDT) -- The evidence that former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. director Rajat Gupta passed along confidential inside information is "overwhelming," prosecutors said Wednesday, making final arguments before the jury begins deliberations.

With the case against Gupta slated to go to the jury Thursday, prosecutors outlined what they called "devastating" evidence connecting his work on the Goldman and Procter & Gamble Co. boards to alleged tipee Raj Rajaratnam's high-dollar trades in those companies' stock.
