Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 4:03 PM EDT) -- Japanese gaming tycoon Kazuo Okada escalated his legal battle against Las Vegas mogul Steve Wynn in Nevada federal court Thursday with a motion for a preliminary injunction to protect his stake in Wynn Resorts Ltd. and new counterclaims accusing Wynn and his general counsel of racketeering.
