Insurers Hold Their Ground In MGA Bratz Battle

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 9:10 PM EDT) -- Following a denial of their motion to intervene in MGA Entertainment Inc.'s trade secrets dispute with Mattel Inc. over the popular Bratz doll line, a group of insurers sued MGA Wednesday in California seeking rights of reimbursement in the multimillion-dollar dispute.
