Judge Tosses Louis Vuitton's Suit Over 'Hangover' Bag

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 11:58 AM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday dismissed Louis Vuitton Malletier SA's trademark infringement suit against Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. over the studio's use of a knockoff bag in "The Hangover Part II,” saying public confusion over the accessory's origin was implausible.
