US Defends Pharmacy Price Caps For Vets To DC Circ.

Law360, Washington (June 18, 2012, 8:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense urged the D.C. Circuit on Friday to uphold the government's authority to impose price controls on drugmakers for drugs covered under the military's Tricare health care program that beneficiaries purchase from retail pharmacies, despite protests by a government contractor trade group.
