Brinker Dooms Wells Fargo Workers' OT Suit, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (June 20, 2012, 3:48 PM EDT) -- A California state judge refused Wednesday to certify a class of 13,000 Wells Fargo Bank NA employees who claim they were pressured into working off-the-clock, ruling the California Supreme Court's recent Brinker decision required individual inquiries into why workers didn't take mandatory breaks.
