Calif. PE Firm Vector Snags $242M Stake In Technicolor

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 9:22 PM EDT) -- Shareholders of broadcasting technology provider Technicolor SA on Wednesday approved an offer from California-based private equity firm Vector Capital Corp. that could add as much as €191 million ($242 million) of capital into the debt-ridden company, topping a May offer from JPMorgan Chase & Co.
