NFL Violated Labor Law, Referees' Union Tells NLRB

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 8:24 PM EDT) -- The National Football League violated labor law when it did an end run around the NFL Referees Association and sent letters to individual members in an effort to undermine the union's support, the NFLRA said in a National Labor Relations Board charge filed Tuesday.
