DOJ Fights Apple's Quest To Speed Up E-Book Suit

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 10:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Thursday said Apple Inc. is attempting to rush an antitrust lawsuit over the cost of its electronic books, a day after the technology giant requested that the court order the parties to complete discovery by December.
