7th Circ. Revives Potash Cartel Suit, Clarifies FTAIA Reach

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 3:55 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday extended the reach of U.S. antitrust laws to foreign commerce in certain cases, reversing prior precedent and reviving a purchaser class action accusing a host of international potash producers of price-fixing.
