Activision Worker Loses Class Cert. Bid In OT Pay Case

Law360, Los Angeles (July 10, 2012, 9:31 PM EDT) -- A California judge rejected calls Tuesday to certify a putative class of more than 400 Activision Publishing Inc. warehouse workers who claim the video game maker failed to pay overtime, saying the alleged violations don't involve common questions of fact.
