Judge Allows New Claims In Row Over Eminem Royalties

Law360, Los Angeles (June 28, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday allowed Eminem's former label F.B.T. Productions LLC to assert additional claims against a Universal Music Group unit over foreign sales of the rapper's music, and criticized UMG for attempting to “bamboozle” the court on the issue.
