Dukes, Concepcion Can't Undo Class Cert. In Insulation Suit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 7:22 PM EDT) -- Pulte Homes Inc.'s bid to overturn a May 2011 order granting class certification to a group of California homeowners over faulty insulation failed Friday when a federal judge determined that U.S. Supreme Court decisions in Concepcion and Dukes were irrelevant to the case.
