Magnesite Buyers Say E-Book Ruling Bars Arbitration

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A recent ruling blocking arbitration in the ongoing electronic books antitrust litigation provides rationale for doing the same for a group of magnesite producers seeking to resolve price-fixing allegations before a Chinese arbitration panel, class plaintiffs told a New Jersey federal judge on Friday.
