ABC Asks Court To Shatter CBS 'Glass House' Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 1:17 PM EDT) -- ABC Inc. told a California federal court on Monday that its new reality show “The Glass House” is not similar enough to CBS Broadcasting Inc.'s long-running “Big Brother” to sustain CBS' copyright infringement suit.

In a motion to dismiss, ABC said that by looking at each of the shows side-by-side, it becomes clear that the two have little in common and that CBS' copyright infringement claims should be tossed.
