Samsung Loses Bid To Lift Galaxy Sales Ban During Appeal

Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 2:38 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday denied Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s bid to stay Apple Inc.’s injunction barring the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets while Samsung appeals the ruling, finding the company hasn’t shown the ban was granted erroneously.
