Clemens Can't Recoup Legal Fees For 2011 Mistrial

Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 3:15 PM EDT) -- Former baseball star Roger Clemens, who was found not guilty last month of lying to Congress about his alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs, cannot recover legal fees from a previous case that ended in a mistrial, a Washington federal judge said Monday.
