In 3rd Circ., 2 States Lose Bid To Bar Del. River Dredging

Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 7:49 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit ruled Tuesday that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers can continue with a $266 million plan to dredge the Delaware River, rejecting challenges by the states of New Jersey and Delaware claiming the project poses threats to wetlands and water quality and violates a range of environmental statutes.
