Rembrandt Urges Fed. Circ. To Broaden Patent Scope In MDL

Law360, Washington (July 9, 2012, 7:09 PM EDT) -- Patent-holding company Rembrandt Technologies LP told the Federal Circuit on Monday that a lower court erred by limiting the scope of a data-over-cable patent at the heart of a multidistrict litigation between it and several cable companies, including Time Warner Cable LLC and Sharp Corp.
