Calif. Court Kills Suit Over Verizon Worker Commissions

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 1:21 PM EDT) -- Verizon Wireless prevailed Tuesday in a California state appeals court that confirmed the wireless services company did not violate state wage laws by taking back sales representatives' commission payments in response to customer service cancellations.
