Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 9:48 PM EDT) -- Bank of the West on Wednesday was the latest bank to resolve claims in Florida multidistrict litigation on overdraft fees, agreeing to pay $18 million to end claims that it meddled with its customers’ debit card transactions to collect higher overdraft fees.
