Judge Doubts Class's Chance In Pizza Hut Missed-Break Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 11, 2012, 8:40 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday expressed doubts that a lawsuit claiming Pizza Hut Inc. denied hourly Golden State workers meal and rest breaks is appropriate for class certification, saying the alleged labor law violations might not be susceptible to common proof.
