Feds Fire Back In NY Challenge To Fracking Regs

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 3:43 PM EDT) -- New York state’s bid to force an environmental review of regulations that could allow hydraulic fracturing in the river basin that supplies drinking water to millions of state residents should be tossed because the commission responsible for the rules isn’t a federal agency, the U.S. said Tuesday.
