Mattel Wants Stay As Ruling On Consolidation Nears

Law360 (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mattel Inc. asked a judge to halt a putative $5 million product-liability class action over alleged lead-tainted toys in New York federal court as the case awaits potential consolidation with ten others into a single piece of multidistrict litigation.
