Madoff Trustee, Calif. AG Enter Talks Over Right To Sue

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 3:19 PM EDT) -- The trustee liquidating Bernard L. Madoff's investment firm and California Attorney General Kamala Harris, fighting over her right to sue an investment manager linked to the Ponzi scheme, agreed to begin mediation following a court hearing Wednesday in the $489 million dispute.
