Half Of 1 World Trade Center Leased After GSA Takes 6 Floors

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. General Services Administration has leased more than 270,000 square feet of space on six floors at 1 World Trade Center, ensuring the much-anticipated tower will be more than half full when it opens in 2014, developers said Wednesday.

According to The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and its development partner the Durst Organization, the GSA will lease floors 50 to 55 at 1 World Trade Center under a 20-year agreement.
