Apple Acquires Austin Land For $304M Campus Expansion

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 6:30 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. has picked up three tracts of land in Austin, Texas, from a partnership of McShane Development Co. LLC and MetLife Real Estate Investments that will help clear the way for its $304 million campus expansion, according to recently released county documents.
