Landowners Sue Sprint, Qwest Over Fiber-Optics Installations

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Four telecom companies including Sprint Communications Co. LP and Qwest Communications Co. LLC were hit with a class action Monday alleging they installed fiber-optic telecommunications systems on private property without asking the owners' permission or compensating them.
