Ex-NFL Players Add Helmet Allegation To Concussion MDL

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 8:41 PM EDT) -- The former NFL players bringing multidistrict litigation in Pennsylvania federal court against the league and Riddell Inc. over concussions amended their complaint Tuesday to include the allegation that warnings on NFL helmets still do not adequately address the long-term effects of head injuries.
