MGM Can Demolish Hotel Despite Builder's Suit, Judge Says

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- MGM Resorts International on Thursday got the green light to tear down a hotel tower — part of its $8.5 billion CityCenter project on the Las Vegas strip — that stands at the center of a dispute with the building's contractor over allegedly shoddy workmanship.
