EPA To Review Portions Of New Power Plant Mercury Rule

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 8:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will review certain monitoring issues on new power plants’ mercury standards that are part of its Mercury and Air Toxics Standards rule finalized in December to allow utilities until 2015 to slash toxic air emissions by 95 percent, the agency said Friday.
