Apple Blocked From Using Patent Win In Samsung Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (July 20, 2012, 8:52 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday barred Apple Inc. from introducing as evidence a court order blocking sales of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s smartphones and tablets in the rivals' upcoming patent infringement trial, saying jurors would likely put too much stock in the preliminary injunction orders.
