Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A park on New York City's Hudson River waterfront urged a state judge Tuesday to reconsider his refusal to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that the park is responsible for $16 million in repairs to three deteriorating piers being used by a sprawling sports complex.
