Roche's Accutane Warning Passes Muster In MDL

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. adequately warned an Accutane user about the risk of developing inflammatory bowel disease while on the acne drug, a Florida federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation ruled Tuesday, a decision that could affect much larger Accutane litigation in New Jersey.
