Dukes Decision Unravels Allstate OT Classes in Calif.

Law360, Los Angeles (July 24, 2012, 4:53 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday decertified two classes totaling more than 200 Allstate Insurance Co. automobile field adjusters who claim they were forced to work off the clock, saying the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes ruling made class certification inappropriate.
