Ticketmaster Buyer Class Seeks Final OK On $280M Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (July 24, 2012, 8:49 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for about 56 million online ticket buyers urged a California judge Tuesday to approve a class settlement over claims Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. deceived consumers about processing and delivery charges, saying objections from about 100 class members shouldn’t block a nationwide deal worth up to $280 million.
